Please review our return policy below, which varies depending on your membership status.

Non-Pro Members

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days (2 weeks) from the date of delivery.

• Condition Requirements: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Eligibility: Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Process: To initiate a return, please fill out the form below to get in contact with our customer service team within the 14-day window with your order number and reason for return.

Pro Members (Coming soon)

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

• Condition Requirements: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Eligibility: Products must be unused and unaltered to be eligible for return.

• Process: Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to begin your return.

Additional Notes

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

• Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
